ETHER's Terms of Service

If you commission me you are automatically accepting my terms of service

-payment must be always up front, I won't start the commission unless I get paid first

-no refunds or holds

-changes in the coloring stages that are not about colors will cost extra

-If you want the art work by a certain dead line, you have to pay extra and tell me before I accept the commission.

-if you break any of the rules you will be blocked and blacklisted

-rude/disrespectful clients will get blocked, contacting me on a diffrent acc you will be blacklisted.

-I can decline the commission if something makes me uncomfortable

-usage of my commission work is accepted only if you credit me and let me know.

-no one is allowed to use my art for AI or NFT
