Based on your request, we can work on the same room or a different room from your previous consultation, either on the same day or at separate times. Before the session, a prepared floor plan and sample 3D model will be reviewed. The most suitable furniture layout for your space will be presented, and your questions will be answered within the session duration.

• After completing your purchase, your designer will contact you and send a scheduling calendar so you can choose your preferred session date.

• After your purchase, your designer will send you a sample video showing how to measure your space.

What Do We Do in the Online Consultation Service?

Depending on the package you purchased, you must send the measurements and photos of the room(s) you want to work on 1 day before the session. Based on the information you provide, a floor plan and sample model will be prepared and presented during the session.

What will be included in these drawings and models?
A furniture layout designed specifically for your space, followed by a 3D model showcasing sample furniture pieces.

During the session, your designer will provide verbal advice, design ideas, and solutions based on the prepared plan and 3D model. Recommendations will be given according to the dimensions of your existing furniture or the items you plan to purchase.

Suggestions regarding furniture layout, paint, curtains, rugs, and similar elements—such as color, material, and product options—will also be provided.

This service does not include custom-designed furniture. For such services, you will need to consult with your designer after the online session.

This consultation does not offer turnkey project delivery or application drawings. The purpose of this online service is not to present a finished project but to guide you in designing your space and help you achieve well-planned interiors.

The duration of your purchased sessions may vary depending on the level of detail discussed during the session. Due to the allocated time, not every question may be addressed. Once your session time ends, the consultation will be considered complete.
No refunds are provided for purchased sessions. Date and time changes are allowed. Please contact us at least 1 day in advance for any rescheduling requests.
