Balığına binmiş uçarken kahraman, kuyruğundan ışık saçarmış
Işığına çakal eşlik edermiş, imparator edasıyla
Çakal sihir olmuş, balık kısmet, kuyruk süpürge…
Rehber arkadaşlarıyla uçarken kahraman, saçlarında yön bulurmuş
Yönüne eşek eşlik edermiş, boynunda sallanan yüreğiyle
Eşek destek olmuş, rehber aile, saç yuva…
Değneğine doğru uçarken kahraman, kendinden güç alırmış
Gücüne kuşlar eşlik edermiş, güzel çirkin sesleriyle
Kuşlar bilgi olmuş, değnek irade, kendi meyve…

Translation of my poem in the artwork:

The Hero’s Journey

Flying on her fish, the hero emits light from her tail
A jackal accompanies her light with imperial grace,
The jackal becomes magic, the fish fate, the tail a broom…
Flying with her guide friends, the hero finds direction in her hair
A donkey accompanies her direction with a heart swinging around its neck
The donkey becomes support, the guides family, the hair a nest…
Flying towards her wand, the hero draws strength from within
Birds accompany her strength with their beautiful and ugly voices
The birds become knowledge, the wand willpower, herself a fruit…
