Multidisipliner sanatçı Birim Erol tarafından kurulan MUK CAVE, sanatın kendini sunma geleneğine dair Türkiye’de yeni bir alternatif sunuyor. Galeri & Coffee Shop olarak sokağın merkezinde konumlanan ve açık bir vitrine sahip olan MUK CAVE, sanatın kendi habitatından çıktığı ve izleyicinin üretim sürecine tanıklık ettiği bir alan.

MUK CAVE, Birim Erol’un farklı disiplin ve üsluplardaki çalışmalarına çatı oluştururken; çeşitli performanslar, sergiler, etkinlikler ve keyifli sohbetleri bir araya getiren eşsiz bir buluşma noktası.

Tracey Emin’in The Shop’u ve Claes Oldenburg’un The Store’una tarihsel bir referans oluşturan MUK CAVE, sanat ile gündelik yaşam arasındaki mesafeyi yakınlaştırıyor. Sokağın devinimi ve hikayeleri arasında sanata yer açarken, Erol çalışmalarını seyirci tarafından izlenebilir, ulaşılabilir ve dokunulabilir hale getiriyor.

Founded by multidisciplinary artist Birim Erol, MUK CAVE offers a new alternative to the tradition of presenting art in Turkey. Positioned at the heart of the street as a Gallery & Coffee Shop with an open window, MUK CAVE is a space where art steps out of its own habitat, allowing the audience to witness the production process.

While MUK CAVE provides a platform for Birim Erol’s works across different disciplines and styles, it also serves as a unique meeting point, bringing together various performances, exhibitions, events, and delightful conversations.

Drawing historical references from Tracey Emin's *The Shop* and Claes Oldenburg's *The Store*, MUK CAVE narrows the gap between art and everyday life. As it carves out space for art amidst the flow and stories of the street, Erol makes his works visible, accessible, and tangible for the audience.
