Zeynep Reis is an artist based in Istanbul. Working with both traditional and digital techniques, she has turned her lifelong passion for painting into her profession. Today, she shares her art across various platforms, accepts custom commissions, and continues to create for independent projects.
Graduating from the sociology department with a thesis on the sociology of art, Zeynep’s academic background deepened her connection to art. The influence of society on art and the social meaning of artistic expression are constant undercurrents in her work.
She especially enjoys working with oil paint, drawing inspiration from nature, silence, and inner journeys. Her paintings often depict peaceful landscapes, a sense of quiet simplicity, and emotions in their purest form. Through vibrant yet balanced colors, she seeks to convey the clarity and depth found within a single moment
