Clean platform:
Since all independent entrepreneurs on Shopier are required to comply with the law and meet Shopier’s minimum platform standards, they have the advantage of growing their business while building trust and confidence with their buyers.

Sellers who do not have a positive sales history or fail to follow the rules, are removed from the system, ensuring a safe platform.

For purchases made through Shopier, sellers mark orders as closed after shipping the product. The delivery confirmation is verified by the system, and the payment is transferred to the seller once the shipment is confirmed. This system is one of the many elements which guarantees a safe shopping experience for buyers.

Payment and data security:
Shopier operates as an intermediary service provider under the Turkish Electronic Commerce Law No. 6563. Payments made through Shopier are processed by licensed payment service providers and banks authorized under Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions. These institutions are regularly audited and operate under the supervision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.

Shopier fully adheres to modern technological requirements to ensure the highest level of data security and user privacy. With PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance, user data is protected to global standards during payment processes. Opening a Shopier account and starting your sales is free and very easy. You can create an account within 3 minutes by filling out a short form. Your account can be set up as either individual or commercial.

Buyers can shop from independent sellers using Shopier without creating an account.

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to create a Shopier account.

Creating an account, listing products, and using Shopier are completely free for independent sellers. There are no hidden costs or fees unless you make a sale. A service fee is deducted from the order total before the payment is transferred to you. This fee starts at 2.99% + 0.49 TL (excluding VAT).

For buyers, there are no fees.

Orders that you close by entering the delivery information by 6:00 PM every Tuesday are reviewed by the system. The payments for approved orders are automatically transferred to your IBAN account on Wednesday after deducting the commission fee. (Orders shipped using a contracted courier are closed automatically.) Therefore, if you ship and close an order on Tuesday, you’ll receive the payment on Wednesday (1 day later). If you close the order on Wednesday, you will receive the payment by the next Wednesday (7 days later).

Even if your customers pay in installments, the full amount is transferred to your account in a single payment. Installment fee, if any selected at checkout, is covered by the buyer.

Shopier partners with Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo, and PTT Kargo, allowing you to ship your orders at discounted rates starting from 66.90 TL.

You can sell any physical or digital product or service as long as it complies with Shopier Platform Rules and applicable laws.

Yes, you can initiate a refund process easily through your user panel. The refund amount will be deducted from your Shopier balance and transferred to your customer. Depending on their bank's procedures, the amount will appear on the customer’s card within a few business days.
