Users’ needs are our priority, which is why we stay close to our users. We are not afraid of criticism or feedback. We are truly obsessed with meeting the needs of our users, solving their problems, and providing them with the best experience. Period.

Because at Shopier, when we make mistakes, we don't look for someone to blame; we see it as an opportunity to learn, focus on learning and do better. We always look for ways to go the extra mile.

We care not only about what we will do but also about what we will not do. We stay focused. We know our users well and provide them with the simplest experience. Following the phone call, we conduct a general aptitude test to better understand your skills. For certain positions, we may also ask you to complete a case study.

Meet & Greet

Now it's time to get to know each other! Sometimes remotely, sometimes in person at our office, we’ll have a face-to-face meeting with our recruitment team and colleagues from the relevant department. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about each other and for you to ask any questions you may have.

If everything goes well, we may invite you to complete a specially designed case study for specific positions. This helps us get a general idea of your problem-solving approach.

Final interview

At this stage, we know you much better. If you’ve made it this far, we believe you're a great fit for the role, and we introduce you to our founding partners. We’ll go through Shopier’s vision, culture, and expectations for the position one last time.
